J.C. (Rusty) Vaughan, Jr.: Rusty formed RVA in 1999 after four years with Executive Sales Partners, Inc.(ESP). He joined ESP in August of 1995 after almost 30 years in the paint, decorating, and carpet industries. Rusty helped develop the Mid-Atlantic States for White Lightning Caulk and spent two years with Duron Paints and Wallcoverings in corporate sales, marketing and operations.

Prior to moving to Maryland in 1991, Rusty was a principal in a manufacturers' rep organization operating in the southeast out of Atlanta and Florida. Prior to that, Rusty spent 18 years with Trend Carpet, a division of U. S. Plywood/Champion Paper Co. in a number of positions including National Sales Manager and National Government Sales Manager. He then joined Interface Flooring, an international carpet tile manufacturer as Market Development Manager.

Rusty’s excellent marketing skills and sales and training experience are a strong complement to those of the manufacturers, distributors, and dealers with whom he works.
